Can courses fulfill both NAR and PA Real Estate Commission requirements?
For Those Licensed Before 12/1/2023: Yes, but it depends on course approval.

    • NAR Courses: The Code of Ethics and Fair Housing courses can fulfill PA CE credits if approved for PA CE credit by the course provider.
    • Approved PA Real Estate Continuing Education Courses:  A Fair Housing course can fulfill NAR requirements if approved by a Realtor® association.
A Code of Ethics course can count as a PA elective and meet NAR requirements simultaneously if approved by a Realtor® association.

For Those Licensed After 12/1/2023: No, your education requirements can be found here.

Courses offered through BCAR/BCREI will list exactly what requirements the course fulfills.
