The Bucks County Real Estate Institute was established in 2013 by the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® in order to provide excellent education and training to its members and the public.

We strive to offer many educational opportunities; seminars, pre-license courses as well as continuing education classes for various license types.

IMPORTANT REAL ESTATE LICENSE RENEWAL INFORMATION:

2026-2028 Renewal Period

• Requirement for those licensed before 12/1/25- A minimum of 2 (two) hours of the required 14 hours of continuing education must be taken in the following topic: Protecting Consumers' Real Property, Personal Property, and Information. BCAR's course name is "What Were They Thinking? Lessons from Commission Discipline".
• • Requirements for those licensed between 12/1/25 and 12/1/2027- You are required to complete 14 hours of mandatory education. Every new licensee must complete the General Module (7 hours). Then can choose between the Residential Module (7 hours) or the Commercial Module (7 hours). 
  • Anyone licensed after 12/1/27 will not take CE for the renewal period 2026-2028.

• You must complete the renewal application and submit fees to the PA Real Estate Commission

School Policies

Real Estate CE is provided by the Bucks County Real Estate Institute, an education provider accredited by the Pennsylvania State Real Estate Commission - Provider # RE001051.

BCREI classes are not currently approved for continuing education credits in NJ.
