BCAR members now have access to enhanced SafeShowings tools designed to provide additional information before meeting with prospective clients.

SafeShowings gives members access to reverse phone lookups and criminal record searches, helping REALTORS® gather more information about individuals they may be meeting or working with.

Included with Your BCAR Membership

Each BCAR member receives:

• 12 reverse phone lookups per month

• 8 criminal record searches per month

• Additional criminal record searches are available for $1.75 per search, paid directly by the member

These resources provide BCAR members with another tool to help them make informed decisions when meeting new prospects and conducting their real estate business.

BCAR members who would like access to SafeShowings should complete this online form.   Once we receive your request, BCAR will email you instructions on how to get started.
