New Member Requirements

To fulfill the REALTOR® or Designated REALTOR® membership requirements*, new applicants must attend an orientation session provided by the Association within 180 days of applying for membership. Attendance at orientation is required to complete the Code of Ethics requirement.

Additionally, applicants must complete an approved Fair Housing course within 180 days to satisfy membership obligations.

Please complete the below course online if you cannot attend the new member orientation class.

Established in January 1998, the roughly 13,000-member Suburban REALTORS® Alliance (SRA) is a subsidiary corporation of the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® and Tri-County Suburban REALTORS®, located in southeastern Pennsylvania.

The Alliance is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Education Requirements & Information

New Member Requirements

All REALTOR® members must take Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training. 

Pennsylvania License Renewal

All real estate agents are required to take 14 hours of continuing education for license renewal through the state of Pennsylvania.
