Supra Access & Reciprocity

Use your smartphone to open electronic lockboxes.     

The Supra eKey is a benefit offered by the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® for those that have primary or affiliate membership. It is a smartphone app used to open electronic lockboxes.

Follow these simple steps to set up your service:

Costs

• $50 activation fee + PA Sales Tax 
• eKEY® software for Basic service is $11.70 per month including taxes ($140.40 per year).
• Payment for the lease of the Supra eKey must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover). Supra does not accept cash or check.

Initial Set-Up

1. Complete the Supra Rules and Regulations Consent Form
2. Check your inbox for an email or text from Supra with your authorization code and steps to complete the setup. Please note: it may take up to 2 business days to receive the authorization code.
   *If you have an URGENT need, please give BCAR a call at 215-956-9176 Option 2 for Supra.
3. You will have 5 days to complete the set up after your authorization code has been sent. Click here for more detailed instructions for set up.

Lockboxes

• As a BCAR member, you may request 2 lockboxes at a time. Please email [email protected] to place your request. Include your name, phone number and how many boxes you need.
• Lockboxes will be available for pick up at the BCAR office weekly on Wednesdays. The weekly Wednesday pick-up time will be between 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM. Your request for lockboxes must be emailed to [email protected] by 4 PM every Tuesday for pick up the following day. Any requests after 4 PM on Tuesday will be prepared for the following week.
• Picking Up Your Boxes- Your lockboxes will be outside the BCAR main entrance on the lower level. Please select the bag with your name. If you have questions regarding your lockboxes call 215-956-9176 Option 2.

Cancelation

• A keyholder may cancel their eKey service at any time. If you’d like to cancel your eKey service, give us a call 215-956-9176 Option 2 for Supra.
• Upon cancellation of your eKey, you must return all of your leased lockboxes in the drop box at the BCAR office, 1452 Old York Road, Warminster, PA 18974.
• Upon cancellation of the lease, no further fees are due unless the keyholder has a past due balance. Any unused portion of the fee is non-refundable. To cancel the lease, the keyholder must return all leased products to the Association. At the conclusion of the cancellation procedure, the keyholder will receive documentation of the cancellation of their account.
