Education Series
Commercial Real Estate Essentials for Residential Professionals
Join Frank Blumenthal, BCAR Education Committee Co-Chair, and Eric Cornwell, BCAR Commercial Committee Chair, for a fast-paced 1-hour discussion designed to help residential professionals.
Commercial real estate is a different world from residential—and knowing the basics can help you better serve your clients and protect your business. This session is designed for residential agents who want to better understand commercial terminology, deal structure, referral best practices, and common mistakes to avoid. Whether a client asks about a commercial lease or you want to know when to refer out, this class will help you handle those conversations with more confidence.
Authentisign Training for BCAR Members
This session will walk through how to create and send an e-signature packet, use the Forms Editor, add forms and documents for signing, and work with review tools like markup and drag-and-drop. We’ll also cover how to add and arrange pages and give you a look at the signing process from the client’s perspective.
