- Pre-licensing courses started after August 29, 2018 - require 75 hours of prescribed education in 30 hours of Real Estate Fundamentals and 45 hours in Real Estate Practice.
- The Bucks County Real Estate Institute offers online courses for pre-licensing classes through our partner, The CE Shop.
- After passing the course exams; the student must sit and pass the state-required Real Estate Exam. This exam includes two sections – a general real estate section and a state-specific section.
