The Bucks County Real Estate Institute was established in 2013 by the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® in order to provide excellent education and training to its members and the public.

Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Payment

Payment may be made by credit or debit card, check or cash and are due in advance of the class. Payment may be made through the mail, via phone or FAX, online or in person. A detailed receipt will be given for all payments, itemizing the tuition and all fees and the services and materials to be received by the student. Please note there will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks Program Changes and Cancellations by BCREI.BCREI reserves the discretionary right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, BCREI’s liability is limited to the refund of the program fee. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, a message will be posted on www.bucksrealtor.com.

Refunds

Refunds minus a $20 cancellation charge will be made provided written notice via regular or email is received three (3) days prior to the course date. No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. In the event that a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies no refund will be given.
