The Bucks County housing market remained active in May, with prices continuing to climb and more homes coming to market as the spring season moved forward. The median sold price reached $546,000 in May, reflecting ongoing strength in local home values. At the same time, inventory improved, with 947 active listings, giving buyers more options than they have seen in recent months.
