Bucks County Continues to Attract Buyers and Keep Values Strong

The Bucks County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) has released the July 2025 housing market statistics, offering an encouraging look at the local real estate landscape for both buyers and sellers.

In July, the median sold price for residential properties in Bucks County reached $515,000—holding steady from last month and showing a 4% increase compared to July 2024. Homes continue to move quickly, with an average of 18 days on market, just slightly above the five-year July average of 17 days.

Realtors® Are More Than Just Real Estate Agents

Warminster, PA– What’s the difference between a Realtor® and a real estate agent? While they share similarities, a key distinction is that Realtors® go the extra mile.

“Real estate agents and Realtors® are both licensed professionals who facilitate property transactions between buyers and sellers,” explained Bucks County Association of Realtors® President Frank Blumenthal. “However, Realtors® are members of the National Association of Realtors®, and they adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and high standards of conduct.”
