Bucks County Housing Market Showed Strong Spring Momentum in March

Published Monday, April 13, 2026

The Bucks County housing market gained momentum in March as more buyers returned to the market and home prices continued to hold strong.

Buyer activity picked up noticeably during the month, a sign that the spring market is getting underway. More homes went under contract, and while inventory improved slightly, the market remained competitive overall.

Homes spent a little more time on the market in March, giving buyers a bit more opportunity to consider their options. Even so, sellers continued to hold a strong position, as buyer demand still exceeded the number of homes available for sale.

“March was a strong month for the Bucks County housing market and a clear sign that the spring season is underway,” said Christy Manetta, President of the Bucks County Association of REALTORS®. “We are still seeing motivated buyers in the market, and while inventory has improved somewhat, desirable homes are continuing to attract strong interest. This is a market where both buyers and sellers benefit from having a REALTOR® who understands local conditions and can help them navigate each step with confidence.”

Overall, March showed a housing market that remains strong and competitive as Bucks County moves further into the spring selling season.
