Realtors® Welcome Archbishop Wood Students to Learn About Real Estate

Warminster, PA – The Bucks County Association of Realtors® (BCAR) is proud to support Archbishop Wood instructor and BCAR Treasurer John Iannarelli in introducing high school seniors to the world of real estate. This initiative highlights BCAR’s commitment to giving back to the community by educating and inspiring the next generation of real estate professionals.

On March 14, Archbishop Wood students spent the day at BCAR headquarters, engaging with, experienced industry professionals and learning about various aspects of the real estate field. The event was structured to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the industry, covering essential topics such as leadership, market trends, social media, artificial intelligence, and professional development.

“This program is an excellent example of how Realtors® contribute to their communities beyond real estate transactions,” said BCAR President Frank Blumenthal. “By investing in education and mentoring young minds, we help shape the future of our industry and ensure that the next generation is well-prepared for success.”

The day began with a warm welcome from BCAR CEO Pam Croke, followed by a presentation from BCAR President Frank Blumenthal. Students had the opportunity to learn from esteemed professionals, including Alex Shnayder, NAR Director, Jamie Ridge, SRA, Barb Matyszczak, PAR Director, and Christy Manetta, who provided insights on podcasting and social media. Additionally, Javier Nichols discussed artificial intelligence and strategies for new member success.

“This experience allows students to see firsthand the many career opportunities available in real estate,” said John Iannarelli, BCAR Treasurer and Archbishop Wood instructor. “It’s inspiring to watch their enthusiasm grow as they engage with industry leaders and gain practical knowledge that will serve them well in the future.”
