(Warminster, PA) - The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has announced that Chris Beadling, a seasoned real estate professional with two decades of industry experience, has been appointed as the 2025 Regional Vice President for Region 2, which includes New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

A dedicated member of the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR), Chris has previously served as President for both BCAR and the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR). In 2016, he chaired the Suburban REALTORS® Alliance, showcasing his commitment to advocacy and leadership within the real estate community.

Chris is the managing partner and broker of record at Quinn & Wilson, Inc. REALTORS® in Montgomery County, where he leads with integrity and expertise.

Notably, Chris is the first Pennsylvania REALTOR® to graduate from NAR’s prestigious Leadership Academy, underscoring his commitment to professional development and excellence.

Chris holds a master’s degree from LaSalle University and a bachelor’s degree from Bloomsburg University, where he also served as president of the Alumni Association.
