Pre-licensing courses started after August 29, 2018 - require 75 hours of prescribed education in 30 hours of Real Estate Fundamentals and 45 hours in Real Estate Practice. 

The Bucks County Real Estate Institute offers online courses for pre-licensing classes through our partner, The CE Shop.

• After passing the course exams; the student must sit and pass the state-required Real Estate Exam. This exam includes two sections – a general real estate section and a state-specific section. (The Pennsylvania Department of State has launched Spanish-language testing for real estate salesperson and broker licensing exams, expanding access for license candidates across the Commonwealth.)
