This course equips agents with the knowledge necessary for understanding Pennsylvania zoning and municipal land use law as it pertains to residential and small commercial properties. Participants will leave the course able to advise clients on the basic zoning permit process and how to navigate zoning appeals and variance requests.

 •Zoning in Pennsylvania
 •Zoning challenges such as spot zoning, eminent domain, and exclusionary zoning
 •Zoning enforcement
