Dues are pro-rated on a monthly basis by the date that you were licensed with your current office.

Membership is given on a provisional basis until all membership requirements are completed:  Application fee, PAR Capital Investment Fee, and dues are paid; the applicant is approved for membership by the Board of Directors, and the applicant has attended the orientation course or completed online new member code of ethics training (must attend within 180 days from date of application). 

All dues include membership in the Bucks County Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

“NAR” National Association of REALTORS® Dues - For 2025, with dues at $156 per member, NAR computes 35 percent or $55 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts. Please note that the entire $45 Consumer Advertising Campaign special assessment qualifies as fully deductible.

“PAR” Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® Dues – For 2025, with dues at $198 per member, PAR computes 5% or $10 to be nondeductible for the member’s income tax purposes due to PAR lobbying efforts.

“BCAR” Bucks County Association of REALTORS® Dues – For 2025, with dues at $215 per member, BCAR computes 12% or $26 to be nondeductible for the member’s income tax purposes due to BCAR lobbying efforts.
