This service can be set up over the phone for new users.
Payment for the lease of the GE Security Supra Key may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) or personal check. Supra does not accept cash.
2. There is no need to come to the BCAR office. Follow the below instructions:
A. Please download the Supra eKEY® apponto your smart phone prior to calling the office. You will need to search your App store for Supra eKEY® and follow the download instructions.
How to download the eKEY® ‘app’:
Apple: Select ‘App Store’ icon, select search and search for Supra eKEY®, select the app, & tap install.
Android: Select ‘Market’, Play Store, or ‘Google Play” icon, select search and search for Supra eKEY®, select the app, & tap Install.
BlackBerry: Select ‘App World’ icon, select Search and search for Supra eKEY®, select the app & tap Install. **Older Blackberry’s need to open the internet browser, type www.ekeymobile.com and download the app.
B. You will need your credit card for the monthly charge.

3. Once your Supra service is active you are entitled to two free lock boxes per day as needed. COVID-19 Update- Please click here for details on how to obtain lock boxes during the pandemic.
Prior to coming into the office, please contact the association at 215.956.9176 Option 2 to schedule a pick up time.
** Please note- iBoxes will not be deprogrammed.
A keyholder may cancel their Key lease at any time.
Upon cancellation of the lease, no further fees are due unless the keyholder has a past due balance. Any unused portion of the fee is non-refundable. To cancel the lease, the keyholder must return all leased products to the Association. At the conclusion of the cancellation procedure, the keyholder will receive documentation of the cancellation of their account.

Agent Alert is a convenient feature built into Supra’s keys, providing peace of mind for agents anywhere they carry their Supra wireless key. With the press of a button, agents have a simple and discreet method to send an alert message to priority contacts. The message and up to three contacts are set up in advance. Holding the alert button automatically sends the message to the contacts.
