(Warminster, PA)– With the weather starting to cool down after a summer heat wave, fall is the perfect time for homeowners to begin routine maintenance.  

“Maintenance is an important part of being a homeowner,” said Bucks County Association of Realtors® President Stephanie Garomon. “Regularly maintaining your home keeps it safe and comfortable, but it can also increase efficiency, prevent major costly repairs and preserve your home’s value.”

Warminster,  PA — The Bucks County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR) is calling on the local community to participate in its annual Thanksgiving Dinner Food Drive. As part of the REALTORS® Reach Out Month, this initiative aims to support families in need by collecting food and grocery gift cards for the Bucks County Housing Group’s food pantries in Doylestown and Penndel.

This election is for four open Director positions on the BCAR Board of Directors for the term of 2025-2027.

The eight candidates are listed alphabetically below, along with their responses to questions. You may vote for up to four candidates.
 
Voting will take place from September 25, 2024, to October 25, 2024.  

The new Directors will be announced via email to the BCAR membership.

(Warminster, PA) – The real estate market in Bucks County experienced significant changes in July 2024, according to the latest data from the Bucks County Association of REALTORS® (BCAR). The median sold price for residential properties stood at $495,000, reflecting a modest decline of 2.2% from the previous month but an increase of 3.5% compared to July 2023
