REALTOR® Code of Ethics Requirement

All REALTOR® members must take the Code of Ethics training. 

REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time in 3-year cycles.

The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. 

The current Cycle 7 began Jan. 1, 2022, and ends Dec. 31, 2024.

Options to take the Code of Ethics Training:
  • Register now to take it as a continuing education class and it will also fulfill your NAR requirement. Class Schedule here.
           (Class title: Professionalism and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics 3.5 hours RECE for those licensed before 12/1/2021)
  • Register for an online continuing education class with the CE Shop and it will also fulfill your NAR requirement. Click here  for (3) hours RECE  for those licensed before 12/1/2021
  •  Take it free from NAR online. This option does not count as continuing education. Click here 
  •  Complete the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. This does not count as continuing education. Click here
