As of 11/12/19, The National Association of Realtors board approved a change to NAR's Code of Ethics training requirement.
The change extends the training requirement from every two years to every three years and extends the current Cycle 6 deadline from Dec. 31, 2020, to Dec. 31, 2021. The next cycle (cycle 7) will begin Jan. 1, 2022, and end Dec. 31, 2024.
All REALTOR® members must take the Code of Ethics training.
Options to take the Code of Ethics Training:
1. Register now to take it as a continuing education class and it will also fulfill your NAR requirement. Class Schedule here.
(The name of the class is Professionalism and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.) 3.5 hours RECE for those licensed before 12/1/2019
2. Register for an online
continuing education class with the CE Shop and it will also fulfill your NAR requirement. The CE Shop is offering BCAR members 35% off ethics courses using promo code BCAR35.

3. Take it free from NAR online. This option does not

4. Complete the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsement. This does not count as continuing education. Click here.
