REALTORS® are required to complete a minimum of 2 hours of Fair Housing training in 3-year cycles starting in 2025.
The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The current three-year cycle will begin on Jan. 1, 2025, and end on Dec. 31, 2027.
New members must complete Fair Housing training within 180 days of joining.
