Coffee Connections- Environmental

Date: April 14, 2021Time: 8:45 am Email: info@bucksrealtor.com

Grab a cup of coffee, and join us to discuss how environmental issues do not have to stop your transactions.  We’ll take a legal look at oil tanks and mold disclosure and non-disclosure.

Then we will explain the logic in locating oil tanks, and the next steps if one is found.  Some homes have a musty smell, or during a home inspection the home inspector may find possible fungi or mold growth.  What would be the next step for the buyer and/or seller if this happens?   What should agents be concerned with and how to avoid liability.
