Condominium and Homeowner Association purchases are complex and require expertise on the part of the real estate professional.
This course will provide an understanding of the resale disclosures required by law, new home public offering statements, organizational documents and what to look for in the larger package of information that must be given to a purchaser by a seller in these transactions.
In addition, this course will provide an understanding of the laws inherent in listing or selling a home in an age-restricted community.
