Pennsylvania has recognized 1031 like-kind exchanges for two years, thanks to the lobbying efforts of PAR. President Bill Lublin and Margo McDonnell, president and CEO of 1031 CORP., will discuss what all real estate professionals should know about 1031 exchanges and how your clients may benefit from this tax deferral.

McDonnell is a Certified Exchange Specialist® with more than three decades of experience in the 1031 exchange industry. She is a respected author and speaker who regularly presents seminars and continuing education courses nationwide to educate investors, business owners and their advisors on the benefits of 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. She is the affiliate director of the Tri-County Suburban Realtors® and was previously on the Suburban West Realtors® Association Board of Directors. She also serves on the Advisory Council of their Commercial Chapter. In 2016, she was invited to become a member of The Counselors of Real Estate.
