Pennsylvania REALTOR® Institute
Learning as much as you can about your profession is a REALTORS® best opportunity for success. To make that task easier, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® offers a variety of courses for real estate licensee through its school the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute (PRI). PAR owns and operates the Pennsylvania REALTORS® Institute (PRI), which is licensed by the State Real Estate Commission. BCAR works in conjunction with PRI to offer many courses here at our headquarters in Warminster. We encourage you to check out the PRI education calendar for courses being held throughout the counties for designation courses you may be looking to take.
NAR REALTOR® Family Designation Programs
The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® has nine affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils that provide a wide-ranging menu of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, productivity and knowledge. Designations acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.
