Pre-registration is encouraged. Registration at the door will be permitted only as indicated by staff. We do not guarantee admission for walk-in registrants. Those intending to register at the door must call in advance (215-956-9176) to confirm that there is space available.
Payment may be made by credit or debit card, check or cash and is due in advance of the class. Payment may be made online, through the mail, via phone, fax or in person. A receipt will be given for all payments. Please note there will be a $25 service charge for all returned checks.
Program Changes and Cancellations
BCREI reserves the discretionary right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, BCREI's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, a message will also be posted on the school web site.
Refunds, minus a $20 cancellation charge, will be made only when written notice via regular mail or email is received three days prior to the course date. No refunds will be issued after the start of the class. In the event that a student is dismissed for failure to abide by any school policies no refund will be given.
BCREI will honor requests for transfers if they are received by email, mail, fax or phone by the date of the course presentation from which you wish to be transferred.
BCREI is approved by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission as an accredited Real Estate Continuing Education provider for both live and distance learning (online) courses. RECE Provider # RE001051BCREI is also approved by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Continuing Legal Education Board as a provider of Continuing Legal Education (CLE). CLE Provider # 9173.
Attendance policies are set by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. Students must sign in to each class and sign out when they leave the room for longer than a brief (less than 5 minutes) period of time, and at the conclusion of the class. Real estate continuing education credits are awarded only to those students who have attended the entire class. Students who are more than 18 minutes late to a class may not receive real estate continuing education credit.
Each student who successfully completes a class will receive either a paper or electronic transcript within five business days of class completion. TRANSCRIPTS ARE NOT FORWARDED TO THE PA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION. IT IS THE LICENSEE'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN ALL TRANSCRIPTS.
The Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission prohibits any brokerage firm, franchise or network, or representative thereof, from recruiting licensees or other employees during any school function or on school property.
Services for Persons with Disabilities
If special arrangements are needed for students with a disability, please contact the BCREI office at 215-956-9176 at least 10 days prior to the class date.
The BCREI facility in Warminster is accessible to the handicapped. Handicapped parking and a handicapped entrance is located off the upper lot of the building. Restrooms on the classroom level are also handicapped-accessible.
BCREI shall not maintain or practice any policy, whether formal or informal, which has the potential of fostering or resulting in discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identification, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristic.
BCREI will not tolerate any behavior which materially interferes with the conduct of the school, its staff, instructors, students and/or visitors. Disruptive individuals will be asked to leave and will forfeit any tuition paid or education credits sought.
