This five-day course will begin on September 13, 2019, from 9 AM to 3 PM.
This course will provide a road map for potential legal issues that REALTORS® see every day.
This is one of two required broker licensing classes.
A student must be present for at least 80% of the total approved time.
The workbook provided for the class has been updated to include a variety of contemporary topics, case studies, legal trends, and new Ethical Dilemma scenarios designed to strengthen critical-thinking skills. Contemporary topics such as stigmatized housing, fracking, seller assist, constitutional taking, green development, and other key concepts are discussed in a straightforward, easy-to-read style. Learning objectives, case studies, review and discussion questions, and suggested readings are just a few of the learning tools used to enhance your understanding of these topics. This book is ideal for graduate or law students, as well as for those seeking their real estate salesperson license or those working in real estate development or property management.
