(Associate Broker and Salesperson Licensees)
Dues are pro-rated on a monthly basis by the date of that you were licensed with your current office:

No applicant can be a Designated REALTOR® or REALTOR® member until all fees and dues are paid; the applicant is accepted for membership; and the applicant has attended the entire orientation course (must attend within 180 days from date of application).
All dues include membership in the Bucks County Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
If membership lapses for a period of three or more years, the applicant must reapply as a new member as well as retake the orientation course. If membership lapses for less than three years, the applicant must reapply as a new member, but the orientation course is waived.
