Dues are pro-rated on a monthly basis by the date of that you were licensed with your current office - the date can be found on your wall real estate license.

Membership is given on a provisional basis until all membership requirements are completed:  Application fee and dues are paid; the applicant is approved for membership by the Board of Directors; and the applicant has attended the orientation course (must attend within 180 days from date of application).

All dues include membership in the Bucks County Association of REALTORS®, Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, and NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.

 

“NAR” National Association of REALTORS® Dues - For 2012, with dues at $155 ($120 per member, NAR computes 31 percent or $37 to be nondeductible for the member's income tax purposes due to NAR lobbying efforts. Also included is a $35 Public Awareness Campaign special assessment which is fully deductible.) PAR” Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® Dues – For 2012, with dues at $105 per member, PAR computes 8 percent or $8.40 to be nondeductible for the member’s purposes due to PAR lobbying efforts. “BCAR” Bucks County Association of REALTORS® Dues – For 2012, with dues at $150 per member, BCAR computes 14 percent or $21 to be nondeductible for the member’s income tax purposes due to BCAR lobbying efforts.  NAR, PAR & BCAR: Membership dues are not deductible as charitable contributions, but may be deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense subject to restrictions imposed as a result of association lobbying activities.
